If you remark "excellent" in all evaluation criteria, you will get an interview* opportunity for an internship with Behrad - Bonanza Studio’s CEO.
*Please note that an interview with the CEO does not guarantee hiring.
UX Gym evaluation criteria
Mentors evaluate students based on the below criteria and a 5-point scale.
The student meets the basic code of conduct set by UX Gym
Proficiently assesses the alignment of design with business goals & evaluates its effectiveness in achieving them
The extent to which your design provides value to users or stakeholders
Your proposed design is easy to use
Your interface design quality exceeds industry standards
Mentors use these criteria to assess your performance at the end of every project and at the final evaluation. The final evaluation will directly impact the outcome of your internship opportunities.
Your final evaluation will be based on your skill level at the end of the course, not your average performance throughout the course. In other words, even if your initial performance is low, you can still receive an "excellent" rating if you show significant growth and improvement over the 12 weeks.
