Welcome to the UX Gym Mentorship Program (hereinafter referred to as "Mentorship Program") offered by Bonanza Design GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Mentors"). By paying for this course, you (hereinafter referred to as "Student") agree to the following terms of service:

  1. Course Duration: The UX Gym Training comprises into 3 offerings, from where the student has to choose their preferred option:
    - Adhock mentorship session
    - Monthly mentorship group sessions
    - UX Training - 4 mentorship sessions
  2. Your Knowledge and Commitment: Upon enrollment in the Mentorship Program, Students are required to acknowledge and accept the prerequisite of possessing a foundational understanding of UX/UI Fundamentals and familiarity with the Figma Design Tool. It is important to emphasize that failure to meet deadlines or complete tasks on time releases Mentors from any obligations toward the Student. Please be mindful of these conditions.
  3. Weekly Feedback and Learning Material: The Mentors will provide the Student with written feedback after the end of each session as well as with a list of tasks that are expected to be finished before the beginning of the following session. The Student is required to inform their absence with at least 48 hours ' notice from the start of the sessions. Failure to confirm attendance within the specified time may result in the Student forfeiting their opportunity to participate in the session. Along with the mentorship, the Mentors will also provide learning materials to assist the Student in developing their UX skills.
  1. Timeline: The UX Training timeline aims to conclude within a maximum period of 2 months, yet the session schedule is adaptable to accommodate the availability of both the Student and the Mentor. In the event that a Student cannot attend a mentorship session, there is the possibility of making up for it at a later time, provided that the Mentors can accommodate the rescheduled session.

  2. Confidentiality: All work created by the Student during the course will remain the property of the Student. However, the Company reserves the right to use the work for promotional purposes. The Student may not use the Company's name or logo for any promotional purposes without the Company's written consent. The Company will not share the Student's work with third parties unless the Student has given their consent. However, the Company may use the Student's work as examples on its website or social media channels to promote the UX Mentorship Program. The Company may also use the Student's work for educational purposes, such as creating case studies and exercises for future iterations of the UX Mentorship Program. The Student must ensure that they have the necessary rights to use any third-party content or materials included in their case studies or portfolio work. The Student must also ensure that their work does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. The Student agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any third-party claims arising out of the Student's use of third-party content or materials in their case studies or portfolio work.
  1. Payment: Payment for the Mentorship Program must be made in full before the start of the course.
  1. Refund Policy: All provided services are subject to a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, students must attend all scheduled sessions and complete all tasks assigned by the mentor. It is important to note that the completion of the course does not guarantee subsequent internship placement or job acquisition. Refund Terms:
    - UX Training: Fully refundable.
    - Adhock Mentorship: Fully refundable.
    - Monthly Group Mentorship: Refundable within the first two months of student enrollment.

  1. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain a professional code of conduct at all times. The Mentors reserve the right to terminate a Student's enrollment if they are found to be violating this code of conduct.

  1. Intellectual Property: All case studies and portfolio work created by the Student during the course will remain the property of the Student. However, the Company reserves the right to use the work for promotional purposes.
