Welcome to the UX Gym Training (hereinafter referred to as "UX Course") offered by Bonanza Design GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Creators"). By paying for this course, you (hereinafter referred to as "Student") agree to the following terms of service and UX Gym Training Course Syllabus:

  1. Course Duration: The UX Course will take 12 weeks to complete. During this time, the Student will create 4 case studies, which will be reviewed by the Creators. It is the responsibility of the Student to work on and finalize the case studies within the 12-week period. The Creators will provide guidance throughout the process but will not create the case studies for the Student.
  1. Your Knowledge and Commitment: By enrolling in the course, the Student acknowledges and accepts the requirement of possessing a basic understanding of UX/UI Fundamentals and familiarity with the Figma Design Tool. Additionally, the Student should be prepared to commit approximately 15 hours per week to fully engage with the course. Please note that if the Student fails to meet the deadlines or complete tasks on time, the Creators do not have any obligations towards the Student.
  1. Weekly Feedback and Learning Material: The Creators will provide the Student with weekly feedback on their case studies through comments and messages, with a maximum engagement of up to 1 hour 30 minutes per student per week. Additionally, there will be a 1-hour group Q&A session per week where up to 5 students will participate. Student is required to confirm their attendance at least 1 hour before the start of the Q&A Session. Failure to confirm attendance within the specified time may result in the Student forfeiting their opportunity to participate in the session. Along with the feedback, the Creators will also provide learning materials to assist the Student in developing their UX skills.
  2. Certificate of Completion: Students will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion for the UX Course if they successfully finalize all 4 case studies within the 12-week period. The certificate will be awarded to students who demonstrate a satisfactory level of engagement, commitment, and completion of the course requirements.
  1. Optional Extra Week: If the Student requires additional assistance in creating their portfolio, they have the option to avail an extra week. This extra week will be subject to an additional payment, to be made separately at the end of the course.
  1. Internship Opportunity: Only the best-performing students will have the chance to intern at Bonanza Design. Selection for the internship will be based on the quality of the case studies and overall performance during the course.
  1. Recruiting Process: With a recommendation from Bonanza Design, the Student's chances of being recruited may increase. Students who demonstrate consistent progress and present promising final projects will receive support in their career journey. The Creators will help connect the Student to their extensive network of recruiters and the startup community. However, please be aware that the Creators do not have the ultimate authority in the recruitment process, and the final decision rests with the recruiters or startup executives involved.
  1. Timeline: The course timeline is fixed and will take 12 weeks to complete. The timeline can only be extended or changed if agreed upon by the Creators. If a Student is unable to attend a training session, they may have the opportunity to make it up at a later time if the Creators are able to accommodate it. Please note that this rescheduling option is available only once.
  1. Confidentiality: All case studies and portfolio work created by the Student during the course will remain the property of the Student. However, the Company reserves the right to use the work for promotional purposes. The Student may not use the Company's name or logo for any promotional purposes without the Company's written consent. 1. Refund Policy: Refunds are not possible once payment has been made. However, if a Student is unable to attend a training session, they may have the opportunity to make it up at a later time if the Creators are able to accommodate it. Please note that this rescheduling option is available only once.
  1. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain a professional code of conduct at all times. The Creators reserve the right to terminate a Student's enrollment if they are found to be violating this code of conduct.
